I am the founder of Junior Writers Club (JWC) in Australia…
JWC is for children between 8 and 12 years of age and has been established to encourage and inspire the next generation of creative writers.
More about me… I love to write bush poetry as well as other kinds of poems.
I was born in Victoria. I mostly grew up in Normanton in Queensland’s Gulf Of Carpentaria. Among other things, I used to be a rodeo clown and a Real Estate Agent.
I love to encourage, motivate and inspire others to find what they love doing and to live their life on purpose. I attend a really cool church on Sunday’s and help out with the children’s program. I also donate blood on a regular basis.
Book when I was growing up was Bottersnikes and Gumbles by S. A. Wakefield.
Book now is Richest Man In Babylon by George S Clason
Sports are AFL (I barrack for Hawthorn!) and Rodeo
Food is steak and also The Normanton Special, which is where you squish a warm sausage roll into a cream bun or jam roll. Yummy!!!!
