Virtual Writers Groups

I love working with young writers and have been running workshops for years.

In 2020, these workshops have been moved online via Zoom, meaning I can run more workshops and reach more young writers.

Virtual writers groups are weekly one hour sessions and you can attend as many or as few as you wish.

Each session gives young writers a chance to ask questions of a published author, have a crazy writing prompt to work on, and a chance to share their writing, as well as the opportunity to connect with other young writers.

There are even groups for parents who don’t want to miss out on the fun!

To encourage young writers with their creativity, the Junior Writers Club publishes an anthology each term.

Entry is open to junior writers aged 8-18. There is a different topic for each anthology.

Junior writers can submit stories to as many anthologies as they wish.
